📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY (India)
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
- Original invoice/order confirmation must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Fragile décor items (mirrors, glass, ceramics) unless damaged on delivery
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference.
Return Process

- Our team will confirm return eligibility
- Return pickup will be arranged or return address will be shared
- Once received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
Return Shipping
- Return pickup will be arranged for damaged or incorrect products
- For other returns, customer may bear return shipping charges
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within [12/24] hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
