📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY (India)

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  • Original invoice/order confirmation must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Fragile décor items (mirrors, glass, ceramics) unless damaged on delivery
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference.

Return Process

  2. Our team will confirm return eligibility
  3. Return pickup will be arranged or return address will be shared
  4. Once received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged for damaged or incorrect products
  • For other returns, customer may bear return shipping charges

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within [12/24] hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
